Call-in System
TestVault's call-in system allows participants to call in daily for notification of scheduled drug tests. In order to use this feature you will first need to contact our support team so that we can assign you a phone number for use with the system. When participants call this number they will be prompted to enter their call in ID number to see if they have been selected for testing that day. We will also set a customized call window for you at this time.
Once your phone number set-up is complete, follow the steps below to use the call-in feature:
1. Go to the Schedule tab on the main navigation.
2. Click "New" and select "Follow Up" from the drop down menu.
3. Select the group and donor names for follow-up testing and set your schedule.
4. Hit "Save."
Your randomly generated testing schedules will now appear on the schedule. Once you have created a schedule you will need to contact your customer to give them their call in ID number. This number can be found in the "Call Log" tab of a Follow-up schedule.
The Call Log tab records when a participant has called the system as well as the number they called from and the confirmation code they were given. Click "Reports" and select "Call Log" to view a participant's call log.
