TestVault

We were looking for an affordable drug testing program to replace the one we were using. TestVault delivered! I was not looking forward to a conversion, however it went very smoothly. The support team has always been quick to respond to our issues. And the staff has worked with us to customize the program to what works for us. I am so glad we switched to TestVault. Errors have been minimalized and managing the drug program has become much more efficient!

We have been using TestVault for several years and have found the software perfectly suited for our needs. With TestVault you have the flexibility to use a wide range of labs and can import results from most major MROs.

The software is simple to use without much training and staff are always available to point me in the right direction when I’m having a problem.

I have to say that the one thing I love the most about TestVault is that, since I work from home half of the week, it is very important to me that I have everyone's case files scanned into TestVault's document management system. This way I can easily access any information that I need for them about previous positive tests and non-compliance reasons.

The system has been so helpful for me.
